Class Registration Request Form

Please identify your first and second choices for the class in your email when applying for the course.

Class size is limited and there are usually more applicants than space. The class instructor will notify you by email if we have a space for you in a class.

Therefore, please indicate your first and second choices for class times. When class enrollment is finalized, your instructor will send a confirmation email with additional registration information.

Parking in the JCCH structure is available at a flat rate of $4 for the first hour with a 10 minute grace period. Payment is by credit card only. Students will be provided with a validation sticker at each class. Street parking is also available on Coyne Street and in the surrounding neighborhood.

**JCCH classes will be Tuesday, April 30 - June 18, 8 weeks.
