HIGASHI HONGWANJI Class Registration Request Form

applying for the course.

Class size is limited and there are usually more applicants than space. The class
instructor will notify you by email if we have a space for you in a class.
Therefore, please indicate your first and second choices for class times. When
class enrollment is finalized, your instructor will send a confirmation email with
additional registration information.
