OCT 2 - NOV 20, 2019, 8 Classes, Wednesdays 10:00am to 10:50am HIGASHI FOUNDATION (first-timers) COURSE The purpose of the class is to provide participants with an Aikido-based methodology to receive falls as safe as possible to mitigate the potential injuries from a falling. In general, the course goals and objectives are as follows: • Fall Prevention Through Situational Awareness • Strengthening/Limbering of Core Muscles • Aikido-Based Methodology to Receive Falls Safely
